1923 Little Rascals (Our Gang) comedy. "Lodge Night" may be the most politically incorrect entry
in the "Our Gang" series. Joe is
a new student at the school. While Mary and the other girls take a shine to him by giving
him many kisses, Mickey and Jack and the other boys express jealousy and they invite him
to a secret meeting for an initiation. This club is called the Cluck Cluck Klams, which
although is a kids version of the Ku Klux Klan, has Ernie and Farina as members! Excellent

enjoyable and clever Tom Mix short feature combines the western setting with some of the

- THOSE AWFUL HATS - 1909 D.W. Griffith comedy.
Set in an early cinema house, this comic short illustrates the problems with the gals'
hats obscuring the movie patron's line of vision. About 60' on a 200' reel. Mint in the OB

- SOLDIER MAN - 1926 Harry Langdon comedy. Harry
plays a World War One prisoner of war who escapes from the Germans on Armistice Day --
they were busy celebrating something and he took his opportunity. He wanders into Bomania
-- wherever that may be, but it's all the same to Harry -- where he is an exact double for
the King. So Harry plays a clueless Prisoner of Zenda. Mint on 2x400' reels in the OB -

- HELL'S HINGES - 1916. The grim,
somber tone of this western, starring William S. Hart, does not at all keep it from being
a watchable and interesting feature. William S. Hart's screen presence is put to very good

- THE ADVENTURES OF DOLLIE - 1908.
D.W. Griffith's first film as a director. A mother and father take their young daughter
Dollie on a riverside outing. A gypsy basket peddler happens along, and is angered when
the mother refuses to buy his wares. He attacks mother and daughter but is driven off by
the father. Later the gypsy sneaks back and kidnaps the girl. Mint, 200' in the OB - $29

Mack Sennett comic melodrama, still fast and fun. Stars Bobby Vernon and Gloria Swanson.

Roger's satires of his movieland contemporaries,
UNCENSORED MOVIES and its follow-up, BIG MOMENTS FROM LITTLE PICTURES, were made at a time
when Hollywood was still recovering from a series of ugly, damaging scandals.
- UNCENSORED MOVIES - 1923 Hal
Roach comedy starring Will Rogers. Will, returning from a West Coast fact-finding trip, is
reporting to his fellow townsfolk on the immoral behavior he found in Hollywood. At a town
meeting he sets up his projector and shows what are supposedly clips from home movies he
took on his trip, as well as scenes from scandalous works in progress at the studios. Mint

- BIG MOMENTS FROM LITTLE PICTURES
(2) - 1924 Hal Roach comedy starring Will Rogers. He takes on Rudolph Valentino's
bull-fighting epic BLOOD AND SAND, Douglas Fairbanks' ROBIN HOOD, weepy melodramas, and

Keaton comedy. A fantastic comedy has Buster running a movie house where he actually
enters the scenes on the screen. Fair quality dupe print is a little washed out, however

- SUNDOWN LIMITED - Hal Roach
Little Rascals, 1924. Mickey and Joe manage to climb into the engine car in the railyards
and cause all sorts of mischief until they are thrown out.Then they build their own
railroad! Far more elaborate and far-fetched than this sweet-natured series usually is.

Stars Charlie Chaplin, Mabel Normand and Chester Conklin. Mabel and her beau go to an auto
race and are joined by Charlie and his friend. As Charlie's friend is attempting to enter
the raceway through a hole, the friend gets stuck and a policeman shows up. Like New, 200'

Charlie Chaplin comedy. Walking along with his bulldog, Charlie finds a "good
luck" horseshoe just as he passes a training camp advertising for a boxing partner
"who can take a beating." After watching others lose, Charlie puts the horseshoe

- CHARLIE SHANGHAIED - 1915
Charlie Chaplin comedy. A shipowner intends to scuttle his ship on its last voyage to get
the insurance money. Charlie, a tramp in love with the owner's daughter, is grabbed by the
captain and promises to help him shanghai some seamen. The daughter stows away to follow
Charlie. Charlie assists in the galley and attempts to serve food during a gale. Near Mint
