PROJECTOR BELTS
Any belts I have are mint,
unused old factory stock unless noted. I only have a limited number of belts and I only
have what is listed. If your projector used a regular rubber belt, you can improvise by
using ball bearing O-rings. They come in round or square sided. It's just a matter of
trying different diameters until you find the right one.

SUPER-8 SOUND PROJECTOR BELTS
I have refurbished Elmo and Sankyo projectors
for more than 20 years and compiled these belt sets from O-rings I discovered work best
from trial and error testing. Please note that I can not be responsible if you don't know
how to install them. I mean to sell them only to people that know how to install them
correctly. |
- ELMO ST-1200D & HD BELT SET
- All four square sided belts shown at the right. The two drive pulley belts, the take-up
belt and the counter belt - $29
- ELMO ST-1200 BELT SET (4 drive
pulley model only)- Two belts; the drive belt for going over and around 4 pulleys,
and the take-up belt - $24

KODAK 8MM SOUND-8 & M100 SUPER-8 SOUND PROJECTOR DRIVE PULLEY
- DRIVE PULLEY FOR KODAK SOUND-8 AND
M100A - This is the heart of the mechanism for the Kodak Sound-8 8mm sound projector
and the Kodak M100 and M100A Super-8 sound projector.These are Brand New fresh made
pulleys and will make all the difference in the world in the performance of these
projectors. Comes with a wrench and 24 fps strobe disc - $149

- EUMIG DRIVE PULLEY FOR MARK-S 8MM
MODEL PROJECTORS (2) - This is the main drive assembly for forward and reverse for the
Eumig Mark-S 8mm sound and Mark-8 silent projectors. Can also be used with other 700
series models. Totally
refurbished with brand new rubber surfacing on the two drive discs, which are the heart of
the mechanism. This was achieved by much trial and error (and costly) experimenting to
find the exact type and consistancy of rubber required. If you are having a problem with
your projector maintaining the speed and going too slow or not going at all, then this
will solve your problem and make you projector run like new again - $299

NOTE: The inching knob on the 700
and 800 models is the knob on the extended shaft of the drive disc assembly. It comes out
the back of the projector and has the small knob on it you can turn to advance the film
manually frame by frame. The one for the Mark-S standard 8 is the same except it doesn't
have the extended shaft that comes out the back of the projector, however it would also
work on the 700 and 800 models (with the nylon worm gear exchanged).

- FLANNEL SILICONE FILM POLISHING
CLOTH (10"x10", Yellow) - Cloth made for cleaning guns is also ideal for
polishing and lubricating your 8mm and 16mm films. Safe and ideal for use on magnetic
sound tracks. A lubricated sound track will cause less wear on the sound head. Combination
of silicone, lubricants and corrosion inhibitors acts like a magnet to dust and leaves a
lasting, lustrous finish on the film. If a film cleaner is used, allow it to completely
evaporate before polishing with the cloth. 100 square inches - $4.50 TEMPORARILY OUT

All
films, especially new condition or green prints, need to be lubricated for optimum
performance. You can use a product called GOO GONE that is available at
Wal-Mart or your grocery store to clean your films using a 100% soft cotton cloth such as
an old t-shirt. GOO GONE will clean the film but it does not lubricate it, so after the
film cleaner has completely evaporated, it would also be a good idea to polish and
lubricate the film with one of the silicone treated cloths listed above. |
