Original coloring book
cover art painting by Frank McSavage, assistant animator at Walt Disney from 1936 to the
late 40's. This was painted in 1963 for the Saalfield Publishing Company in Aprin, Ohio. I
purchased this painting from a liquidation sale at the Columbus fair grounds in the late
1980's. I recently found a coloring book with a similar cover, also painted by McSavage.
It will be included with the original art. Painting is slightly over 8.5"x11",
matted and in a custom 13"x16" frame - $799
